XemailCampaign is a complete email outreach platform designed to help startups, agencies, and sales teams manage leads, run campaigns, track engagement, and maintain compliance whether you prefer hands-on control or AI-powered automation.

XemailCampaign offers two distinct approaches to cold email outreach: Base Product (Manual Mode) and AI Plan (Autopilot Mode). This article helps you understand which option is right for your business and how to get started.

Choosing Your Mode

Base Product (Manual Mode):

The Base Product gives you full control over your outreach campaigns. You'll manually:

  • Import and manage leads
  • Create email sequences
  • Configure DNS settings
  • Run pre-campaign audits
  • Monitor campaign performance

This mode is ideal for teams who want complete oversight of their outreach process and prefer to make strategic decisions themselves.

AI Plan (Autopilot Mode):

The AI Plan automates the entire outreach workflow. The AI handles:

  • Lead sourcing based on your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Domain and DNS setup
  • Email sequence writing and optimization
  • Reply management
  • Automatic campaign optimization

This mode is perfect for teams who want to scale quickly without dedicating significant time to campaign management.

You can switch from manual mode to AI mode, but only before you upload contacts. Once you begin working in manual mode with contacts uploaded, switching to AI mode requires contacting support.

Note: Once you switch to AI mode, you cannot return to manual mode.
