Notification Alerts in XemailCampaign | Email & Slack Setup

How do notification alerts work in XemailCampaign?

Overview

XemailCampaign provides notification alerts to keep you informed about important updates related to your campaigns, sender accounts, and overall activity. These notifications help you take timely action, especially in situations that can impact deliverability or campaign performance.

By default, notifications are sent to your workspace email address, but you can also configure additional email recipients or enable Slack notifications based on your preference and plan.

What types of notifications does XemailCampaign send?

Notifications are designed to alert you about critical and informational events across the platform.

You may receive notifications when:

  • A campaign is paused due to high bounce rate
  • A campaign is completed
  • Warmup activity reaches a certain state or becomes idle
  • Sender account issues or updates occur
  • General updates or important platform-related information is shared

These alerts ensure that you are always aware of actions that require attention or review.

Where do you receive notifications by default?

By default, all notifications are sent to the email ID used to create your workspace. This ensures that even without additional setup, you continue receiving important updates.

If no changes are made in settings, this remains the primary notification channel.

How can you add or manage email notifications?

If you want to receive notifications on additional email addresses, you can update this in your workspace settings.

Go to Settings and navigate to the Workspace section. In the notification settings area, you will find the option to manage email alerts.

Here, you can enter additional email IDs and enable notifications for them. Once saved, all selected email addresses will start receiving alerts along with the primary workspace email.

How do Slack notifications work?

XemailCampaign also allows you to receive notifications directly in Slack, making it easier to track updates without relying only on email.

To enable Slack notifications, go to Settings → Workspace → Notification Alerts. Enter the Slack webhook URL for the channel where you want to receive updates, and turn the toggle on.

Once enabled, notifications will be delivered to your configured Slack channel in real time.

Why are notifications important?

Notifications play a critical role in managing your campaigns effectively. They ensure that you are immediately informed about situations that can impact your results, such as high bounce rates or campaign pauses.

For example, if your campaign is paused due to a bounce rate issue, acting quickly can help protect your domain reputation. Similarly, knowing when a campaign is completed or when warmup becomes idle helps you take the next steps without delay.

XemailCampaign notifications are designed to keep you informed and in control. Whether through email or Slack, staying updated on campaign activity helps you maintain deliverability, respond to issues quickly, and manage your outreach more effectively.
