How to Add a Sender Email to XemailAudit?

Adding a sender email ID is a crucial step in using features like Email Audit & Spam Watch. This is an essential part of the onboarding process as it allows you to send test campaigns and receive an in-depth campaign health analysis.

Follow these simple steps to add your sender email:

Step 1: Navigate to Settings

  1. Click on Settings from the left navigation menu.

  2. Under Settings, go to the Workspace tab.

  3. Scroll down to find the Sender Email IDs section.

  4. On the right, click the Add Sender Email button.

A pop-up will open with three options to add a sender email.

Option 1: If Your Sender Email is on Google (Gsuite/Gmail)

  1. Select the Google (Gsuite/Gmail) option.

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions and click Connect.

  3. You’ll be redirected to Gmail’s login page—select your email ID.

  4. A warning page from Google will appear. Click Show Advanced.

  5. At the bottom, click Go to xemailaudit.com (unsafe).

  6. You’ll see a page titled Sign in to XemailAudit—click Continue.

  7. A permissions request will appear—click Continue.

  8. Congratulations! 🎉 Your sender email ID is now added and will appear in the list with a Verified status.

Option 2: If Your Sender Email is on Outlook or Microsoft 365 (M365)

  1. Select the Outlook/M365 option.

  2. You’ll be redirected to Microsoft’s login page—select your email ID.

  3. A permissions request page will appear:

  4. Check the box Consent on behalf of your organization.

  5. Click Accept.

  6. That’s it! 🎉 Your email ID will now appear under Sender Email IDs.

Option 3: If Your Sender Email is on a Custom ESP (Zoho, Custom SMTP, etc.)

  1. Select the IMAP/SMTP option.

  2. Enter the following details:

    • Email Address (the sender email you want to add)

    • SMTP Password

    • SMTP Host

    • SMTP Port

  3. Click Verify—XemailAudit will check the credentials.

  4. Once verified, you’re all set! 🎉 Your sender email ID is now successfully added.

Now you’re ready to use all the powerful features of XemailAudit!
