Adding your domain to XemailAudit is essential for receiving accurate email audit reports and ensuring top-notch email deliverability. Since the data comes from Google Postmaster, domain verification may take a little time. But don’t worry—we’ve made it super simple for you!
Follow these steps to add your domain smoothly:
From the left menu, click on Domains & Postmaster to access the domain management section.
On the right side of the page, you’ll see a blue "Add Domain" button. Click on it.
A pop-up will appear asking for:
Domain Name – Enter the domain you want to add.
Business Name – Enter the business name associated with the domain.
Once done, click Add to proceed.
After clicking Add, you’ll receive a TXT record that must be added to your domain’s DNS settings. Here’s how:
Go to your domain registrar (like GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.).
Find the Manage DNS settings for your domain.
Add a new TXT record with the following details:
Type: TXT
Name/Host: @
Value/Data: google-site-verification=oBMs_zG3wWAIumtgXT6Ig8BM_DDQMWSIm1CFo_smYOg
Save the changes.
Once you’ve added the TXT record, it may take up to 6-7 hours for verification. We recommend verifying this as soon as possible.
To check your domain’s status:
Go back to Domains & Postmaster in XemailAudit.
Find your added domain in the list.
Click the three dots (Actions) next to the domain name.
Select Verify from the dropdown.
If everything is set up correctly, your domain will show a Verified status!
That’s it! 🎉 Your domain is now successfully added to XemailAudit, and you’ll start getting accurate email deliverability reports.
