Connecting a sender account is the first step to launching campaigns in XemailCampaign. A sender account is the email mailbox that will be used to send outreach emails and track delivery, engagement, and reply activity. XemailCampaign supports popular providers such as Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Office 365, and custom SMTP mailboxes.
A properly connected sender account ensures stable sending, accurate tracking, and better deliverability, especially when combined with ongoing warmup.
Before adding a sender, make sure the mailbox is active and accessible. The email account should have sending and receiving enabled, with IMAP and SMTP access turned on. While it’s possible to connect a sender without full DNS authentication, setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC in advance is strongly recommended to avoid delivery and reputation issues later.
If the mailbox is new, it’s best to keep warmup enabled before and during campaign activity.
To connect a sender, log in to your XemailCampaign dashboard and go to the Email Accounts section. From there, click Add Account and select your email provider.
For Gmail and Outlook-based accounts, you’ll be redirected to a secure OAuth flow, which allows XemailCampaign to send emails without storing your password. For custom or private mail servers, you’ll be asked to enter SMTP and IMAP details manually. Once authentication is completed, confirm the connection to add the sender to your workspace.
After connection, XemailCampaign runs a quick validation check to confirm the mailbox can send and receive emails successfully. Once verified, the sender account becomes available for campaign assignment.
At this stage, you can configure daily sending limits, assign the sender to one or more campaigns, and monitor performance metrics such as opens, replies, bounces, and spam indicators. If warmup is enabled, it will continue running alongside your campaigns to support sender reputation.
Yes. XemailCampaign allows you to connect and manage multiple sender accounts under a single workspace. This is useful for scaling outreach, managing multiple domains, or spreading sending volume safely across different mailboxes.
Each sender account is handled independently, giving you full control over limits, warmup status, and campaign usage.
If a sender fails to connect, the issue is usually related to authentication settings, disabled IMAP or SMTP access, incorrect server details, or provider-level security restrictions. Rechecking credentials, enabling app passwords, or re-authorizing access typically resolves most connection issues.
