XemailCampaign offers flexible pricing across multiple tiers: Starter, Assist, Custom, and AI Plans. This article clarifies what's included in your subscription and what's billed separately.
What's Included in Your Monthly Plan?
Your subscription covers:
- Platform access and core features
- Campaign management tools
- Deliverability protection (warmup, bounce detection, reputation monitoring)
- Support appropriate to your tier
- Compliance features (unsubscribe management, suppression lists)
What's NOT Included?
Domains are purchased separately. This ensures you maintain full ownership and transparency of your sending domains. Domain costs are billed under a different model from your platform subscription.
Add-ons such as additional lead credits or premium features may also be billed separately.
Are There Hidden Charges?
No. Your monthly plan is transparent, covering platform usage, features, and support. Any additional costs (domains, lead top-ups, etc.) are clearly communicated and billed separately.
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
You can change your plan at any time:
- Starter, Assist, or Custom Plans: Upgrade or downgrade directly through your account settings
- AI Plans: Contact our sales team to discuss plan changes
Cancellation changes typically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Upgrades and downgrades are implemented efficiently.
Refund Policy
- Subscriptions: We do not currently offer refunds
