Spam Watch is a real-time monitoring feature that helps you track where your email campaigns land—whether in the inbox or spam folder—so you can take immediate action if deliverability issues arise.
With Spam Watch, you get:
✅ Real-time email logs – See exactly where your emails are landing.
✅ Spam risk alerts – Identify potential issues before they escalate.
✅ Sender email audits– Get insights on how to fix deliverability problems.

Important Spam Watch Notice
📢 Warning! Please follow these sending limits when using Spam Watch:
- Per Minute: Max 60 emails
- Per Hour: Max 3,600 emails
- Per Day: Max 86,400 emails
Exceeding these limits may cause disruptions in monitoring or affect your email deliverability.

How to Enable Spam Watch?
By default, Spam Watch isn’t enabled in your workspace. You need to activate it manually.
Step 1: Purchase the Spam Watch Add-On
Go to Settings → Billing.
Click on Spam Watch → Buy Add-On.
There are 3 ways to activate Spam Watch based on your email tool:
Using Instantly or Smartleads?
Spam Watch BCC email IDs are added automatically to your campaigns.
⏳ Note: BCC email IDs may take some time to generate. If they’re not available immediately, check back later.
âś… Once configured, Spam Watch will start tracking your emails in real-time!
